What is “Reputation Management”?

Quite simply, reputation management is PR for the online world. Everyone has an opinion, and many of those people are making those opinions known in very public forums. Potential, current and past clients use these forums to share the experiences with complete strangers to your business’s benefit or detriment. You may be aware of the main public venues such as Yelp, Facebook, Avvo or Healthgrades, but there are many, many other websites out there accumulating reviews about your business.

But who has the time to monitor all those sites?! Luckily for you, I have experience with reputation management and can help potential clients find more of those good review and less of the bad ones.
